Clinical Applications Specialist

Seno Medical, a San Antonio based company, is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist to deliver clinical and operational expertise by providing excellent education and training support to end users with a new hybrid modality in breast imaging called the Imagio® Breast Imaging System which fuses opto-acoustic with ultrasound (OA/US). These clinical experts will facilitate evidence-based practice and support the customer experience and commercial teams from pre-sale through post implementation by providing effective outcome-based education and training solutions. Supporting primarily US based customers but there could be some international customer support required.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Serve as a clinical support liaison to customers.
- Provide product demonstrations to potential customers supporting sales activities and product user training at new customer accounts during installation.
- Provide clinical and product application support to the Sales, Clinical Operations, Engineering and Marketing teams including but not limited to product demonstrations and training.
- Provide continuing clinical and product support as needed to the Opto-Acoustic customer base as required to provide excellent customer satisfaction.
- Provide trouble-shooting, applications and operational assistance to Service Personnel, Software Engineers and Hardware Engineers.
- Provide technical product and image retrieval support as needed to the Chief Medical Officer.
- Work with Clinical Operations to provide clinical product support to participating trial site personnel as required.
- Assist in the collection of clinical images needed for clinical study protocols or the collection of clinical images for marketing purposes as required.
- Learn and maintain expert level knowledge of Imagio® Opto-Acoustic product features, operation, and application.
- Assist in development and implementation of product demonstration strategies.
- Assist in developing training materials for classes and web based education seminars.
- Cover tradeshows and conferences as assigned.
Requirements/Qualifications/Experience
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, public speaking/teaching skills, organizational skills, and computer skills
- Understanding of clinical education training and the ability to train others
- Work independently with minimal supervision in cooperation with and under the guidance and direction of the Manager of Clinical Applications.
- Travel up to 80%
- Professionally handle objections and questions.
- Customer oriented and highly motivated team player able to analyze complex problems and identify priorities and derive/decide the necessary action plans.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Education:
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Nationally Credentialed (ARDMS, ARRT, or CCI) Diagnostic Medical Sonographer in any Diagnostic Medical Sonography sub-specialty with the additional requirement of obtaining the Breast credential within 6 months from the start of employment.
Position Location:
- Remote Home Office outside of the San Antonio area – must be located near a major metro airport.

CASeno Medical, a San Antonio based company, is seeking an Account Executive responsible for exceeding quota in a geographically defined territory, selling a new innovative hybrid imaging modality the Imagio® Breast Imaging Systems (OA/US) and Services with the intended use initially for breast cancer diagnosis. The AE will drive territory growth by defining business plans and selling existing and new products and services. This role will also build strong relationships with team members and customers, working to uncover and create needs with Seno’s unique value proposition. This role will win with a customer focus and the ability to identify and create needs at the account level.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and drive selling strategies and business plans that exceed quota and grow Seno’s market share in the territory.
- Present and successfully sell Seno’s value proposition to multiple stakeholders at all levels.
- Develop, cultivate, and maintain trusted advisor level relationships with key customer contacts and decision makers within Breast Centers and Outpatient Imaging Centers to identify qualified leads, grow market share and increase revenue.
- Strategically plan the week, month, and quarter to target and implement a plan to insulate and grow business to meet business revenue goals; maximize profit margin growth for territory
- Develop and manage sales funnel to analyze, track activity and provide accurate forecasts.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records relative to all account activity
- Plan and conduct educational programs at regional institutions for customer training and provide classroom or in-field training to new hires as needed.
- Leverage internal resource team across Clinical, Sales, Service, Technology and National Accounts to optimize customer experience.
- Attend all corporate training, sales meetings, conferences, conventions, and in-field development courses as required.
- Holds self, accountable and fulfills commitments.
- Other responsibilities as deemed appropriate by management and as business dynamics change.
- Customer interaction and activities will include case review, product demonstration, technology presentation, and c-suite selling.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the basic knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required:
- Minimum of 3+ years of medical imaging experience, preferably in Breast Imaging, ultrasound experience also a plus.
- Show up with a sense of urgency and a can-do, winning attitude
- Track record of success achieving business results
- Demonstrate excellent problem solving and strategic skills; be able to navigate and win with complex customer opportunities
- Proven negotiation skills (in capital, device and/or disposable sales cycles)

- Possess strong listening and interpersonal skills as well as excellent oral and written presentation skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
